Price Optimization:- Anchored a team of 7 in helping a wholesale distributor giant build an efficient pricing structure and create a potential $15 million value impact annually- Created a data pipeline that ingests customer transactional data and automatically determines the optimal price range for top skus and top skus-customer segment combination- Performed exploratory data analysis on 15 million records to determine customer’s behavior on the skus- Developed new customer segments based on their behavior using Decision Tree- Built a price optimization simulator on Microsoft Excel showcasing our recommended pricing structure and potential opportunity- Finally, designed a test experiment to test the proposed pricing structure and implemented the same
