• Training and guidance of staff regarding all the machinery available.• Keep updated with latest technology and purchase of machines and instruments required for departments in consultation with Top Management.• Development and implementation of marketing strategies, marketing plans, and sales plan.• Prepare periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales and proposed client base expansion.• To negotiate and finalise the price and change the production plan as per customer requirement.• Direct product research and development for products.• Managing Purchase, production, QC, packing and shipping departments, planning their day-to-day work.• Responsible for all mechanical designs, system processes and their implementations.• Maintain relationships with partners/vendors/suppliers and purchase of raw material when required. • Responsible for staffing, training and performance evaluation of sales and marketing team.• All planning activity which includes purchase, production planning for product delivery, capital equipment and machinery purchase planning related to these departments.

My role as Assistant manager:• Initially my roles were to research on the new emerging and upcoming technologies, products and study their application in the real world. • Working as an assistant manager in solar energy rooftop project. • Carrying out a detailed survey and design of rooftop solar power plant. Carry out design, analysis calculations for the same.My role as Technical support engineer:• Provide all the technical support in MIT Technical Business Incubation centre.• Coordinator and technical assistant for start-ups running under MIT TBI. • Provide Software training, product design support, product development and project planning assistance for the students to help them develop their business.

Summary of role and work done:• Discussion with existing and potential domestic clients to research new markets opportunities of growth for existing products.• Estimated project costs considering market scenario and International standards of design and quality to be achieved at most competitive prices. Handled Quotation preparation and Negotiation for the equipment cost and finalized the orders. • Design and analysis of the product using the drawing provided and make ready for production.• Actively involved in Production and manufacturing processes of products and solving issues if any. Also responsible for completion of assigned tasks in given deadline.

• Studying the complete process for casting of diesel engines in foundry department.• Discussing the Pre-processing and post-processing requirements for casting of diesel engines and finding new ways to improve failure of engines. • Implement the hardness test on the diesel engines and study the results for the same.
