I am a strong believer that the right solution is always a brainstorm away.I love to dig into client's pain areas & work out most effective solutions using the principles of Lean Manufacturing, World Class Manufacturing & Operations Excellence.My approach is always on competency building in the team to create great value for the customers through training, hand-holding & implementation. It goes by our tagline, Unlocking Potential. Delivering Results.Assignments of Plant Layouts / Factory Layouts excite me and have worked with 25+ such projects of different scales. Have delivered Lean Plant Layout of max. 0.5 million sqft under single roof. Previously I had the opportunity of working in a roadside garage to working with Siemens Ltd. & Infosys Ltd. I gathered diverse experience in core manufacturing & consulting before diving into my own venture. Outside work I try to contribute to academia and serve as a member of IQAC at the Symbiosis Institute of Operations Management. I often take sessions on the topics of my expertise for young engineers & MBA Students.
