Amuzi Learn is one of India's first E-learning Marketplace for live classes. The brand aims to bring together the best institutes together on a platform and offer this platter of certified courses to aspirational students and working professionals.I was fortunate to be given the opportunity to work as a multi-departmental professional. I was inducted into all the departments of the brand and was immediately given out a set of responsibilities. I was majorly responsible for vendor on-boarding and processes, student on boarding and processes, brand communication, partnerships and collaborations. During my time there, I assisted the brand to expand into the Eastern region of India wherein I successfully on-boarded over 20 vendors and maintained relationships with them. I had also finalised 4 finance partners, which was initially a business challenge, since these providers try and avoid the Eastern Region. Additionally, I created SOPs for most processes, communicated with students and parents and helped the digital marketing team in strategising and executing.
