Nominated and inducted into the prestigious Sigma Xi Honor Society as an associate member. Founded at Cornell University in 1886, Sigma Xi is the oldest international honor society for multidisciplinary researchers in the world. Membership in Sigma Xi is by invitation only, where members nominate others on the basis of their research achievements. The society’s goal is to honor excellence in scientific investigation and encourage cooperation among researchers in all fields of science and engineering. Some of the world's most influential scientists have been members of Sigma Xi, including Albert Einstein, Linus Pauling, Barbara McClintock, and Sally Ride.

Developed embodied, voice-controlled Artificial Intelligence (AI) via an LLM-based agent for autonomous, multiple-step reasoning in advanced drone systems. Utilized and implemented advanced technology such as OpenAI Whisper, Autogen, MavSDK, PX4-Autopilot, and Gazebo to create an agentic pipeline that seamlessly meshes user queries with drone executions.

Founded United We String (www.unitedwestring.org), a non-profit organization, during the summer of 2020 when COVID-19 was ravaging the world. Hospitals were filling faster and more suddenly than previously anticipated, and as a result, morale was waning. To lift the spirits of those in hospitals and other such environments, I combined my penchants for music and technology to perform for hospitals, clinics, and nursing homes worldwide via Zoom and Skype concerts. Through the process, United We String has not only been able to give other young musicians valuable opportunities to perform, but has also raised significant funds for various global initiatives such as COVID-19 Relief at The Mount Sinai Hospital in New York, USA; Student Disability Services at the Neyam Special School in Madurai, India; and more.

Founded TacklED LLC (https://www.tackled.tech), an EdTech startup, during the summer of 2022. At TacklED, we are dedicated to providing effective digital solutions that enable our clients to achieve their academic goals. Carried out computer vision and machine learning research in the Bio-Robotics Lab at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee for the summers of 2022 and 2023. Worked under Principal Investigator Dr. Mohammad Rahman and completed NASA-sponsored research on the “Vision-Based Localization and Tracking of Objects Through Robotic Manipulation” with the main application of aiding individuals with lower-limb paralysis through daily life. Our paper, for which I was second-author, was accepted to the 2023 IEEE International Conference on Power Electronics and Drive Systems (14th IEEE PEDS), presented in Montreal, and published in IEEE XPlore.Publication link: https://ieeexplore.ieee.org/document/10246715
