Human Resources Manager
CurrentKey Responsibilities:Oversee the recruitment and hiring process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with local and national labor laws and align with the organization's goals and objectives.Manage employee relations, including conducting investigations and resolving conflicts.Manage a team of HR professionals, including setting goals and objectives, providing feedback and coaching, and conducting performance evaluations.Work with other department managers to ensure that HR policies and procedures are being followed and that employees are being treated fairly and consistently.Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related issues, including performance management, benefits, and compensation.Ensure that HR records are accurate and up-to-date, including personnel files, benefits records, and payroll records.Participate in the development of the organization's strategic plan and provide input on HR-related issues.Stay up-to-date on changes in local and national labor laws and ensure that HR policies and procedures are compliant
