Hi, I am Aniket Malshe, Founder and Owner of NICHEM.After Engineering, I started my career with Infosys but quickly realised that I need to work for smaller companies. After couple of stints, I realised that product is the way to go.That's when I switched to Saba Software. In Saba, I moved from Consulting to Cloud Operations to heading 5 divisions, including L3 support and cloud deployments. It was quite a journey.My IT career came to a halt near end of 2014, when I got an opportunity to found NICHEM. NICHEM is a Speciality Chemicals company, having over 125 innovative products spread across different industry. What so special about it? All the products are invented by my father. That's the primary reason to start NICHEM, to make sure that these fabulous products reach to customers. Since then we have organised and systematised NICHEM to a great level. There is too much fun to execute at the level we do, face the challenges and keep growth in sight. We are very focused on not a reckless growth but a very systematic and organic one, where we make profits every year while investing back in the business and growing at a decent pace.At NICHEM, we are highly focused on creating value added products. Our products range from Agro Chemicals to FMCG and all are highly special products.I also happen to be on Board of Directors in a Jaggery company!
