Responsibilities include: Ensuring the conditions of our production goods (assembly sequence and layout design, P-BOM, determining production cycle times, preparation of operations and packaging instructions, calculating machine capacity), working with design engineers and project management from HQ, with QA (FMEA, G8D) and SCC personnel on daily basis at the plant. Design and continual updating of the KANBAN system of production lines. Responsibilities included: Design of technology and manufacturing processes for forged parts complying with ISO/TS 16949 standard. Research of advanced technologies and participation in the development of manufacturing processes and quality system improvements. Sole responsibility for preprocessing, running and evaluating non-linear finite element analysis. Comprehensively processing of low and high temperature thermal imaging examinations. My work was supported by the following softwares: Pro/E WF 4 design software, MSC MANUFACTURING (MSC SUPERFORGE / MSC SUPERFORM) - SIMUFACT FVM/FEM systems, IRBIS thermal image processing software, WINDCHILL database and process management system, and ORACLE MANUFACTURING production control system.

Responsibilities included: Monitoring and continuously improving the company’s quality management’s document system. Participation in the internal system audits according to ISO/TS 16949 standard. Responsibility for monitoring and controlling discovered internal non conformities. Participating in continuous improvement projects applying KAIZEN and 5S philosophies. Handled customer complaints and took part of G8D teams and monitored corrective actionsProject manager for the project called: Employees’ recommendations for manufacturing rationalization.
