I graduated from Ondokuz Mayıs University with a degree in Health Management. Through both volunteer and professional experiences, I have developed myself and contributed to the organizations I worked for.In 2020, I volunteered in Kyiv, Ukraine through AIESEC, where I taught children about the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and Turkish culture. This experience deepened my knowledge of SDGs and reinforced my commitment to promoting cultural awareness and education.I volunteered with AIESEC in Samsun for two years, taking on various roles such as Member, Team Leader, Board Member for Talent Management, and Branch President. During this time, I effectively managed human resources processes and provided mentorship to my teammates, enhancing my leadership skills. I took an active role in planning, executing, and evaluating various projects. These experiences helped me develop strategic thinking, problem-solving, and team dynamics management skills. I also had the opportunity to understand different cultures and improve my communication skills.Afterward, I started my professional career at Decathlon as a Part-Time Sales Representative. I quickly advanced to a Full-Time Sales Representative and then to Duty Store Leader. In this role, I effectively managed store organization and inventory control, developing various sales techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and store performance. I also provided regular training to my team, which created synergy and boosted motivation. As a Running Sports Leader, I organized in-store events to increase customer engagement and promote community participation. Additionally, I played a key role in maintaining store security and minimizing product loss.Currently, I continue my career with the Decathlon family in Sydney as a Sports Leader. At the same time, I am pursuing my academic career in the Project Management diploma program.
