1) ELETCRICAL MAINTENANCE ENGINEER (As Management Trainee ,Junior Manager, Assistant Manager & Deputy Manager)•Look after electric maintenance section of traffic department for the maintenance and breakdown rectification of all electric systems, SSI systems and locomotive along with solar panel of capacity (10-25kw) during shifts as well as general shift in charge for posting manpower as well as maintaining all records in general shift. I also involved in commissioning and erection of SSI systems from RRI system during my job tenure here.•I involved in commissioning and erection of SSI systems from RRI system during my job tenure here.2) SALES AND MARKETING EXECUTIVE (As Deputy Manager, Manager, Sr. Manager)•To look after the sales of MS/SS Wire Rod Coils and to achieve the targets / maximize the sales to Actual Users.•To provide after sales service to the customers including till realization credit sales payment and timely refund of payment / issue of credit notes if any.•To look after overall stockyard operations and related activities.•Implementation of various provisions of consignment agency contract / transportation contracts and maintaining updated status of the same with respect to their validity and other statutory requirements like GST / labor license etc. Settlement of Quality Complaints of the customers under her purview based on the inspection report of HQ / QA&TD trained executive / test results.•Timely preparation / submission of MIS related reports from time to time as per the requirements of Branch / RO(N) / HQ.•All matters pertaining to Railway claims as well as legal cases if any branch sales office area of work.•Timely processing and authentication of various bills submitted by AMC Agencies, Transporters etc.
