1. Locating project corners and boundaries, right-of-way, property lines and topographicfeatures.2. Preparing and maintaining sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions of surveys inorder to describe, certify, and assume liability for work performed.6. To prepare or supervise preparation of all data charts, plots, maps, records, anddocuments related to surveys.7. Responsible for the management of all field site-specific surveying activities includingproviding layout and elevation so that all the construction activity can be properly builtwith in the desired location.8. To perfrom various aspect of industrial & civil survey tasks accurately and efficeintly.9. To calculate earthwork cutting/filling quantity, concrete quantity & property areas.10. To actively participate in all client mandated safety programs and encourage safe work.11. Effectively communicate with the client, Drafters and PMs/Supervisors.12. Taking as-built survey and exporting data in autocad civil 3D & excel file.13. To travel on an as-needed basis and potential for travel to remote sites.14. To inspect, operate, and maintain survey equipment and vehicle.

1. Responsible for precise alignment and leveling works.2. Checking of As- Built works for conformance & ensuring As Built survey of the completed works is recorded for project handover.3. Reporting of daily works detail to Senior.4. Assist to calculate the quantity of site works.5. Monitor the work of sub contractor as per drawing & project specifications.6. Preparation of As-Built records as work progress.7. Preparing RFI Settingout Report.

RESPONSIBILITIES:-1. Locating project corners and boundaries, right-of-way, property lines and topographic features.2. To transfer municipality bench marks to project location by traverse method. 4. Responsible for precise marking of construction structures points, offset, Grid lines, FFL, SSL & concrete levels.5. Responsible for precise marking of Road alignment, carriage way, shoulder line, kerbstone, center line etc.6. Level marking of Road formation levels, sub base, base course & FRL levels.7. Cable lines route marking, drainage lines alignment, irrigation lines, potable water line, firefighting lines, leveling & other proposed services.8. Marking of landcaping (hardscaping+ softscaping components like tree, shrubs, stones, pathways, fountains, kerbstones etc.9. Marking of existing U/G services before starting excavation to avoid damages.10. To check all related drawings to ensure correct work execution.11. Coordinating with Engineer to do the markings in advance to avoid work delays.12. Conducting survey inspection with project client and consultant.13. Gathering data to prepare accurate site plan of construction projects.14. To perform regular checks on sub-Contractor’s setting out to verify proper works execution and accuracy.15. Taking as-built survey and exporting data in autocad & excel file.

• Marking of existing U/G services route before starting any excavation.• To check all related drawing to avoid services route clashings.• Responsible for precise alignment and levelling works of piplines(sewer line, fire fighting line, storm water, drainage, chill water line, potable water line, Irrigation etc).• Responsible for precise marking of telephone ducts, precast ducts, steel ducts, concrete duct, HV cable trough etc.• Responsible for excavation, blinding, concreting, backdrop leveling, inlet & outlet marking, cover leveling of sewer, irrigation, water, gully, ETC, DU manholes.• Responsible for laying of Pressure lines, gravity lines, GRP pipes, HDP pipes, Gully pipes etc.• Takings As-Builts after laying of services.• Responsible for Road Sub grade, sub base, wet mix, and final layers leveling and alignment works.• To maintaining slope of services and as well as taking care of clearance from FRL.• Road kerb stone alignment and leveling works within 1mm tolerance.• To prepare survey reports for Inspection with consultant.• Control points errors closing by AutoCad Civil 3D to get accuracy.• AutoCAD Drawing Alignment with Actual co ordinates.
