For Atrenta's flagship product SpyGlass:- Managed GUI and PV teams.- Contributed in performance evaluation and performance enhancements of the GUI.For Atrenta's flagship chip assembly tool:- Managed GUI and PV teams in Noida and in Sri Lanka.- Led the setting up of the Sri Lanka team.- Led addition of schematic based assembly and debugging, GUIs on RTL import, autoconnect, interface matching, property editing, planes based context management, SoC Compare, etc.- Added automated GUI testing using Squish.Atrenta Technical Conference:Start yearly technical conferences at Atrenta. Led the setup and execution of initial few conferences. These conferences had parallel sessions on papers, had poster session, and included guest speakers from Texas Instruments/STMicroelectronics.

ADE XL: ADE XL is the next generation analog design environment that supports multi-point, multi-design simultaneous simulation (analog)/analysis. It provides integrated support for sweeps, EDFM analyses, spec driven measures in a single view, thus aids designer’s productivity.- Team lead/individual contributor.- Added support for globals/temp/device parameters, sweeps, model files/sections, model groups in Corners simulation UI.- Added multi-measure support based on SKILL script defined by users; including showing the new measures on the UI so user could add specs on them. Multi-measure support is one of the most popular features of ADE XL.- Interactive simulations: Created SKI plug-in for the simulator so it accepted inputs over MPS, added support for device parameters, callback evaluations, model file changes including VAR, etc.- Supersonic: Created a system of shell scripts to exploit idle power of developers’ linux desktops to speedup regressions. Regression time went 6 hours to 20 minutes without any hardware investment.OCEAN-XL: A SKILL based scripting interface for ADE XL- Individual contributor for defining the initial architecture and use model for multi-tests scripting.- Helped Product Engineer in creating new advanced flows for customers using oceanxl. - Oceanxl is well received by customers as it facilitates creation of advanced flows, and it saves their gold setup which can be reused for design validation any time in future.WaveScan Integration into ADE: Integration of Java based, modern tool-set for waveforms. - Architect/led from concept to delivery.- Integration done with min impact in ADE through API emulation for WaveScan.- Created checklist based test plans for each of the ADE flows- Solved issues of sending large waveform data from ADE. - Polymorphic functions to allow toggling between old wave tool/WaveScan at run-time.- Contributed/led maintenance of ADE tools- montecarlo, ocean, simulation UI, verimix, simulation interfaces.

Led teams and contributed to creation of language analyzers for various HDLs (Verilog, VHDL, EDIF 2 0 0, and EDIF 3 0 0). This work included creation of object models for language constructs, parsing and semantic analysis of input HDL descriptions and providing in-memory object models alongwith API.
