Handling Global RFQ.Planning statergic towrdas increase hit ratio of RFQ.Develop carrier relationship .-To support Ocean Freight Product development.•Handling Mumbai Branch Team of twenty five persons which includes Team leader, Customer service, Operation & Documentation for various sector .•Handling Ocean Pricing (Export & Import) for FCL /LCL & ODC containers PAN India basis.•Well versed with negotiations of ocean freight rate with sound commercial acumen relating to ocean freight shipment cycle.•Good exposure on CFS operation thereby timely coordinating & communicating with CFS OPS for cargo consolidation.•Good expertise in understanding the intricacies of the business with a flair for managing customers & deal with them independently for resolving issues as a part of Customer Relationship Management.•Complete knowledge of standard Indian customs procedures for ocean exports along with shipping procedures.•Good relationships with shipping lines with sound knowledge on shipping line routings, transit times & freight economics for arriving at competitive buy rates.• • Handling all escalated issue by giving appropriate solutions.• Building relationship with customer, Agents, colleagues local or overseas vide meeting, emails & phone calls.• Selecting the service provider as per company process & customer requirement.
