Toyota (Europe) 382D Mud-Flap Project :- Designing styling surfaces, A- class surfaces, and B- class surfaces of the front and rear mudflaps by using Generative Shape Design in CATIA V5. - Considering manufacturability and ergonomics.- Preparing 2D Drawings of all parts.Ford (Europe) V801 Plenum Chamber Project:- Designing air duct parts that are used in the HVAC system of cars.- Making surfaces works of front-rear air ducts by using CATIA V5 ( Generative Shape Design).- Taking care of design and manufacturing restrictions.- Evaluating design changes of parts with customers and if necessary making significant change on them.

- I was responsible for designing mechanical components, steering systems, and braking systems.- Designing the double wishbones arms of our project car- Making Static Structural Analysis of the double wishbones arms on ANSYS- Calculating some important angles for vehicle dynamics such as camber angle, caster angle, toe in-out, bump steer.- Considering Ackermann Steering Geometry and adjusting it for our project car

- Learning how to manufacture CFRP components with vacuum bagging and hand lay-up processes, types of carbon fibers and their specific mechanical properties.- Interesting mechanical parts of our project cars like wishbones, axles, etc., and their assembly, CATIA Part Design, and Assembly Design.- Calculating center of gravity of our project car on CATIA (taking care of all parts and their locations)

- I did my summer internship on miling processes.Face Milling, Form Milling and End Miling.

- Working in a structural design team under R&D department.- Learning how to use SAP software program.- Drawing an insulation project of Temsa MD9 vehicle by using the CATIA V5 program.- Having an opportunity to observe the design, drawing, and manufacturing processes of the ŠKODA-Trolleybus and ŠKODA-Prag vehicles.
