Joined as FIELD OFFICER in solapur HQ covering latur and nanded districts above @105% of targets all the years and in the year 2011 promoted as FIELD MANAGER taken the additional responsibility of nurturing Kolhapur colleague and inducting a person in nanded. and was awarded for development in Western Maharashtra and Goa as Best FM & outstanding performance for year 2011-12,2012-13 @ 121% of targets ALL INDIA and In the month of feb 2013 was promoted as District Manager with additional charge of Pune . This year Kolhapur Colleague is promoted as FM and I am taking care of 7 Field Officers and 2 Filed Managers.Promoted as Area Manager in April 2016.recognised and got promotion as Sr. Area Manager after successfully completing coaching for performance level 1for 17-18

Developed sales in retail outlets like CrossWord Mumbai .then got the opportunity to develop PUNE Nasik &Aurangabad region.where I inducted and nurtured 3 colleagues and generated sales in chain of outlets CrossWord, Venues etc and then got the opportunity in Sutures for Solapur HQ
