Worked on Microsoft Project....Providing end-to-end support for Microsoft Full-Time Employees (FTEs) and vendors involves creating tickets and assisting Microsoft users with their issues. This includes resolving problems related to Microsoft products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneNote, and Microsoft Edge. As part of level 1 support, we will assist end users and, if the issue remains unresolved after performing troubleshooting, we will escalate the case to tier 2 for further assistance, actively working until the user's issue is resolved. Handling multiple tickets involving various issues, addressing both software and hardware problems. Additionally, we support users with network-related issues, assist with initial device and account setup, and resolve issues with tools like Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

I was part of the team managing the Linux-based Param Pravega cluster, NVIDIA DGX-1, and Dell visualization servers at the Supercomputing Educational Research Centre (SERC). I have experience with distributed and shared memory architecture systems, which includes configuring HPC clusters, installing various libraries, performing system upgrades, and managing day-to-day operations and maintenance. I configured and managed HPC workload managers and job schedulers such as SLURM and TORQUE. As a member of the user support team at SERC, I gained hands-on experience in identifying and troubleshooting programs. I also assisted in collecting and recording system usage logs for an in-house developed data analytics and reporting software. My responsibilities included resolving helpdesk tickets, setting up cron jobs on the servers, and configuring the cluster. Additionally, I participated in conducting hands-on exercises during HPC, Deep Learning, and Machine Learning workshops organized by SERC. This involved setting up libraries for exercises and providing support to participants in debugging and running their codes on various HPC platforms. I also delivered technical presentations to visitors about high-performance computing.
