 Set up 30 stores in a span of just 1 year including 2 Hyper formats; excellent track record of managing Distribution Centre in Haryana & Rajasthan catering to 30 stores. Established 2 Distribution Centres at Gurgaon & Jaipur; elevated Gurgaon Depot to 1st Rank PAN India in 4 consecutive months and Jaipur to 2nd Rank in 2 consecutive months.  Steered the implementation of Auto Replenishment System; also instituted Thumb Rule for DC Operations. Successfully led a team of DC Manager, IT and Replenishment Officers. Streamlined the logistic network by appointing transporters with low profile and high finance thereby leading to better negotiation in terms of saving freight. Reduced costs by empowering and teaching staff about their rights and duties on job, thereby reducing unproductive and extra manpower.
