- Responsible for carrying out EM/AMM tasks, Full Engine Borescope Inspection, Engine Lease Termination Inspections (including OP 202), engine component replacement, troubleshooting, source-controlled repairs, engine split & build, compliance of Service Bulletins & Airworthiness Directives and special tasks outside of the airline’s capabilities on Off-Wing & On-Wing Trent 500, Trent 700, Trent 800, Trent 900, Trent 1000, Trent 7000 & Trent XWB Engine Types and issuing EASA Form 1 and or UAE GCAA AW Form 1 for the accomplished tasks.- Liaising directly with AST’S, customers & third parties on-site on a daily basis to ensure each task is effectively completed within the allocated ground time avoiding operational delay.- Possess a good level of operational awareness with profound experience as Engine / Borescope Inspector and have been providing support on all the Trent variants mentioned above at various RR customer sites around the world often for extended periods of time. - Working extremely flexible hours and being available onsite at short notice to ensure customers’ needs are met at all times.- Rolls-Royce Asset maintenance & management at customer locations which includes organizing tooling, creating inventory, periodic serviceability checks and ensuring that they are in line with the Airworthiness authorities’ requirement and Rolls-Royce Quality standards.- Ensuring that engine maintenance related documentation, Tooling, PPE, personnel training requirements are current and in compliance with the legal requirements of the airworthiness authorities. Also, providing onsite support to Auditors during EASA / UAE GCAA audit of the Rolls-Royce facilities at customer sites.- Creation of the necessary job cards & paperwork to complete technical documentation of the tasks.

- Licensed Engineer in EMCF experienced on Trent 700, Trent 500, GE CF6-80C2, CFM56-5A engines (Engine module change, Borescope inspection, Bench inspection, Troubleshooting & Rectifications) & IAE V2500, CFM56-5C, CF6-80E1 & GE90-115B (QEC Build up, all AMS tasks & Borescope inspection).- D3 Approval holder (Authorized to issue Certificate of Release to Service) with the responsibility to perform inspection & maintenance activities and to supervise the certifying and non-certifying mechanics within the Engine Module Change Facility (EMCF) of ADAT/ATS&S and issuing Authorized Release Certificates (FAA Form 8130-3/EASA Form 1/AW Form 1) for the work accomplished within the scope of approval.- Carrying out engine induction inspection, full engine BSI & borescope blending, compiling inspection report, engine module removal/disassembly/cleaning/inspection/repair/assembly and installation, controls riggings, engine test preparations, within the scope of approval and relevant airworthiness authority requirements while maintaining ‘QSHE’ programs & standards.- Creation and compiling of First Article Inspection Report (FAIR) to satisfy Rolls Royce SABRE requirement for engine overhaul capability development for Trent 700 engines.- Support management in setting up new engine capabilities. Played the key Leadership role in setting up Trent 500 & Trent 700 overhaul capability at ATS&S. - Assisting test cell on engine troubleshooting and rectifications, Post-test QEC installations, Post-test BSI, engine final inspection and release to service certifications, technical service amendments, On-Wing support for troubleshooting and rectification in line maintenance & outstations.- Assisting production planning for material procurement listings, assisting quality assurance for investigation, compiling of engine maintenance record work packs, shop self-auditing and making non-conformance reports, training apprentices, engine presale/purchase acceptance borescopes.

- D2 Approval holder (Internal Quality Release to Service except issuing of CRS) responsible to perform inspection & maintenance activities and to monitor the non-certifying staff working on the Trent 700, Trent 500 & CF6-80C2 engines within the Engine Module Change Facility (EMCF) of GAMCO/ADAT.- Carrying out engine induction inspection, accessories serialized inventory listings, full borescope inspections, compiling inspection report, module removal / disassembly / cleaning / inspection / modification / repair / assembly and installation, accomplishment of service bulletins / airworthiness directives / engineering orders, troubleshooting, component installation, controls riggings, engine test preparations.- Maintaining & monitoring shop tooling & equipment serviceability.- Assisting test cell staff in troubleshooting and rectifications, carrying out post-test QEC installations, post-test borescope inspection, engine final inspection and release to service certifications, On-Wing support for troubleshooting and rectification in line maintenance & outstations.
