The conveyors are able to auto width adjust upon tool change in the injection molding machine without requiring human intervention reducing setup time.Implementation of OEE production tool Vorne utilizing http Post commands called via Ignition scada interface, requiring significant python scripting switching parameters based on individual cycle times of each tool that is being used during the production process with a variation in cycle time, which resulted in high visibility of production in efficiencies that were previously not detected.
