Lead database developer's team across globe with multi vendor team. GE corporate project called GAPC (Global application performance center) kind of monitoring tool, ASP web application portal, which has been migrated into JAVA (JSR 168 Compliant Portals) that is used by the GE Corporate community to measure the real-time and historical performance of various applications. Historical data can be obtained using various reporting tools to look for trends in application performance, and real-time data to make sure the uptime of applications are maximized. This is corporate business cockpit for application performance monitoring.Lead of database developer's team.Responsible for data redesign, integration and performance, also worked on day to day data issues.Planning of resource allocation on project task and assigning issues. Coordination with multi vendor and multi location team was one of big challenge along with integration of other business database while redesign.
