• Overseeing all Production related activities in coordination with Suppliers and sub contractors.• Coordinating with Sales department for processing enquiries, conceptual and detailed designing, and preparation of Bill of Quantity and value products.• Visit Clients for Technical discussions and understand their requirements and prepare Project documents.• Vetting and approval of all Engineering drawings.• Travel extensively within UAE, Qatar & Kuwait for Project implementations and new Business development.• Led a team of technical staff through defining the requirements for several projects.• Inspection of raw materials before taking delivery• Preparation of Production schedule and adhering to delivery commitments.• Periodic follow up with sub contractors to meet the production schedule.• Inspection during fabrication and after completion of the job and ensure the specified quality standards are met.• Coordinating with Client/Third Party Inspectors for all project related jobs.• Prepare Project inspection and completion reports as per specified standards• Preparing and maintaining ISO Documents• Supporting and training of Service department and installation team to carryout smooth installation of all non-standard/custom built products
