Navi Mumbai

• Responsible for planning and scheduling the international secondments for Middle east, India & Mozambique region.• Planning of personnel movements as per the requirement from various Fugro Opcos.• Review of DPR’s, time sheets and reports, clearance for preparing invoice for International secondment business line accounting.• Liaison with Customs, Port and Government authorities for obtaining permissions for the project mobilization and import/export clearances.• Organized statutory training and induction for offshore deployment of crew to various domestic and international projects.• Liaison with domestic and international logistic service providers and agents for negotiated rates and further approval for project mobilization cost and ensure overall compliance with logistic procurement and procedures in line with Fugro policy.• Prepared revenue forecast for International secondment business line with added revenue to the company.• Responsible for assigning duties to various logistic assistants and checking their expenses.• Carried out inspections for Fugro owned Jack up barges/ Self elevated pontoons for its maintenance and painting activities at regular intervals.

New build project for two Geo technical research vessels (GTRV) Fugro Voyager and Fugro Scout at Tebma shipyards Ltd, Malpe Karnataka.• Monitoring and updating the progress for production with Master build Schedule.• Set up meetings, attending and processing of meeting minutes related to Project production, Safety and Quality issues.• Undergo regular safety inspections and quality checks to ensure work site Safety & HSE management. Be a part of Safety audit with Fugro HSE on quarterly basis for the project.• Carry out inspections for blasting & painting during block fabrication and erection stages, tanks system coating at different stages of construction to ensure achievement of Owner/Yard agreed Quality Standards.• Project filling control: both hard & soft copy.• BFE (Buyer furnished equipment) & Project related P.O Processing, tracking of transportation, Quality checks during arrival at Yard and ensure proper storage.• Assist with clearing of back log of drawings for review & filling of hard copy of DnV approved drawings into the file system and update register accordingly.• Liaising with site team for administration support.• Travel arrangements for project team & participants including air, accommodation and transportation. • Maintain leave schedules & process time sheets for project team.• Attending Sea trials for defects and comments reporting and verification of vessels sea trial reports.• Preparing all documentation and formatting as required in line with project management system procedures during construction stage and sea trials followed to delivery.• Understand project goals and Fugro guiding business and principles and direct activities consistent with these statements.
