(LREDC)Lusail Commercial Boulevard District (CBD) is part of the Lusail City Development and is envisioned to the heart of Lusail and LREDC is both the master developer and plot developer of this key district.Lusail CBD is a prestigious project of Qatar linked with FIFA Qatar 2022, which has 3 packages with a total of 18 plots comprises of various mixed-use developments, the build-up area for each plot is in the range of (7,000m2-50,000m2 approx.) including parking area in the basement and podium. The project consists of 2nos Gateway offices, 2nos Hotels, 3nos Offices, 9nos Retails, 1no Residential and 1no Exhibition Gallery buildings and realm cooling for 4 buildings.Job Responsibilities:• Review and approval of the Material submittal, Technical submittals, Shop drawings, Method statements, As-Built drawings, Operation & Maintenance Manual, Asset registers, Warranty and Guarantee documents & registers, Spare parts stock registers, Training manual, Commissioning dossiers, RFIs, Value engineering proposals etc.• Site management & monitoring, inspection and supervision of installed Plumbing, Drainage, HVAC, Firefighting, BMS, Water features, Swimming pool, irrigation system, PWC, GAS services etc and their Testing & Commissioning till final handing over.• Assist to Design review, Project specification review, IFC drawing and DC2 drawing reviews submitted for approval by the Design consultant. • Preparation and submission of documents for QCDD inspection and attending QCDD inspections until obtaining approvals.Liaise with Local authorities such as QCDD, Marafeq, Kahramaa, LCAC etc.• Resolving site technical & coordination issues.• Liaise with Client, PMCM consultant & Contractor on technical and commercial aspects.• Review and approve the contractor's monthly payment& invoices, Variations.
