 Manage and supervise the construction, operations activities at project site in coordination withClient / Consultants/Contractors/Local Authorities. Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or standards. Liaise with Local Authorities such as TRAKHEES/DEWA/DM/RTA/ETISALAT/DU and when required prior/during/after execution of the projects. Co-ordination with Consultants& Contractors for construction activities. Performa all the assigned tasks from the line manager with reliability, honesty, and discretion. Organizing the “End OF Defect Liability inspection, Preparation of inspection reports and forwarding the same to consultants /contractors upon resolving the comment advising to our contracts section to release the retention and hand over the facility to intendance Dept.

 Execute the work as per design and final handing over to the Authority. Supervising the ongoing civil and Irrigation work and finishing the work as per the approved shop drawing and site conditions. Planning and scheduling the work and efficiently organizing the site/ facilities in order to meet deadlines. Preparing the weekly/monthly progress report. Getting material approvals from consultant and following the specification as per the detailed shop drawings. Dealing with consultants during site inspection and all other site activities such as Material Inspection. Checking on delivery to site and during installation. Request(MIR) and (WIR) Inspection and Test Results (ITR). Know to work under pressure situations and having an ability to finish the work as per schedule time.
