I am currently working with RPG Group with its flagship company, CEAT Limited as a Management Executive pcr curing Department.•Working on shift incharge.•plan for production , scrap Reduce & handline manpower.•Conducted process and procedure audits for logistics and warehousing operation on the shop floor• pcr curing and werehouse Knowledge of special all trainings of operation under Plant (SMT, KAIZEN, CAPA, ISO, POKA-YOKE, SAFETY)•LOTO, FIFO & LIFO) concept and 5-5 System•CLIT Done on Daily basis and abnormality identify & close.•Quality Inspection Regarding (IQC, FPA, IPQC, FQC & PDI) •Minor Stoppages Reduce & make Kaizen/Project to improve Production• Knowledge of SOP, IPS, Control Plan, MSA, HIRA, Red Bin Analysis, Calibration, OPL, PDCA, QAP, CAPA, KRA&KPI, DWM, QMS Basic, & DWM•3M Reduction on working process.• Unsafe Condition/Unsafe Act Identify & close•Review and control of non-conforming material•Ensuring Health and Safety Rules and are adhered amongst team members.•Given to new employee training (Safety, IPS, SOP, Control Plan, Work Instruction)•Co-ordination with related department like Maintenance.
