Detailed responsibilities are: • Identifying, monitoring and streamlining of the project.• To check form work and reinforcement as per drawing.• Finishing work (plastering, block work, water proofing and tiles work).• To calculate the quantity of shuttering, block work and concrete quantity.• To co-ordinate with clients and contractors and to improve the quality of construction works.• To prepare daily reports.• To prepare bills twice in a month.• To ensure a good quality of work and maintained a safety work in site.
