Started with IOCL Project as Project Coordinator for the construction/modification of Retail outlets for more than 100 retail outlets and later on moved to Govt Business Development and without much PQ got qualified Quality Austria (QACA) in Gail, NLC, ONGC, BHEL, BPCL, CGPGCL, JMC, HPCL, IOCL Various location etc and Bagged several valuable order and I was signing authority and I have given Quality Austria recurring biz. Approx 6 Cr in PMC for IOCL& HPCL and apart from BD, I was also Circle Head of Delhi for Telecom Tower Project for Indus, Bharti and ATC clients and was handling team size of 15 Engineers. Got chance to handle ITI Accreditation Project, NSDC, Ward and City Ranking of Swachh Bharat etc.

ITI Accreditation

Being campus recruitee underwent six Month training from Project Management office in Noida to CPP Rewa Cement & IPP Bina Power Project. Finally got posted at Noida Project Management Office and was looking after JNSTPP (2x660 MW) under Senior Leadership of Jaypee Group who were retired from Top post of NTPC & BHEL and nurtured my skill from letter writing to complete leadership skill . I had been given assignment for Supplier Quality monitoring with the help of TPL & Quest of entire BTG & BOPs and accordingly issuing clearance certificate. I maintained highest level of accuracy in schedule of delivery which saved Crores of rupee from early claims from supplier, I also didn’t allow single consignment without complete quality check which helped Quality material delivery at site. Apart from quality & supply control I was also part of contract finalisation for BOP packages and involved Pre and post contracts activities such as Tender issuance, per-bid queries resolutions, offer evaluation, negotiations, order issuances, kick-off meetings, contract signing etc.
