Petrochemical Engineering Work

Oversees the field activities in the process systems, including handling of High Pressure-High Temperature reactors, Gas compressors, Fermentors, and Blending systems. Operation and maintenance of the Bioprocess automated plant comprising 500 L, 1000 L, and 1500 L reactors. Hands-on experience in DCS for control and operation of the plant. Performed composition analysis of lignocellulosic biomass using established NREL protocols. Performed solid-liquid separation of fermentation media and pretreated biomass slurries.Planning of Utility sources like Steam, Cooling Tower & Chilling Plant. Downstream operation like, Centrifuge, Drying operation. Laboratory analysis knowledge (pH, COD, BOD, TS, VS, etc)Operation and control of continuous stirred tank reactor-CSTR (4 M3 volume).Operation of Leached Bed Reactors, Operation of Up Flow Anaerobic Sludge Blanket Reactor. Performed lab-scale and pilot-scale experiments for biogas production from lignocellulosic feedstock and food waste. Experience in wastewater and anaerobic plant operation.Handlings of dosing chemicals to the HT-HP Reactors, Fermentors, Bio-Reactors, Process tank, Filteration unit as per safety norms. Hands-on experience of High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) system & industrial- scale Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF) Unit-(UF & MF).
