Responsibilities:• Estimation of Materials Dispatch Plan.• Monitoring Materials project wise sagircation for final client Inspection.• Materials schedules, monitoring the materials status, preparation of Rout sheet reports as per galvanizing and maintaining the materials records.• Preparing monthly Dispatch plans, allocation of materials on priority basis for various projects.• Vehicle requirement given to logistics dept. on day to day basis.• Scheduling and monitoring of work, which has been planned for Dispatch.• Visiting the sites for getting GRN’s & erection problems as per need.• Monitoring material availability for all vehicles if any shortages found, with consultation PPC & Production material release for the same. • All angles of the towers will be packed with strapped bundles, All plates, cleats & Hard ware items will be packed in the wooden boxes. • Especially for Power grid separate yard allocated for various towers.• Inspected & Non inspected material will be section wise stacking.Handled Telecom Projects:• INDUS • GTL • TVS –ICS • BSNL • TATA• VODAFONE• HUAWEI• QUIPPOHandled TL Projects:• AP TRANSCO• RRVPNL• PGCIL• KPTCL

Responsibilities:• Monitoring material receipt from galvanizing with DC’s on daily basis.• Power grid projects & Tele communication towers stacked separately.• Section wise stacking done for client inspection.• Preparation check lists for Communication towers.• Angles, Plates, Cleats, Ladders, Safety rings & Mounts separation as per tower height requirement.• Telecomm material arranging for quantity verification on day to day basis.• Towers readiness information given to logistics to arranging vehicles.• Monitoring of Loading & Un Loading activities.• Monitoring of Bolts & nuts for all type of towers.• Site visits for any material related problems received from site.• Material arranging for DT’s for PG Client inspection.• Ensure zero error in dispatched material.Handled Telecom Projects:• NORTEL • GTL • NOKIA • BSNL • TATA• VODAFONEHandled TL Projects:• AP TRANSCO• PGCIL• MSEB• MPSEB
