In my current role as a Technical Project Associate at the Center of Excellence in IIOT Sensor Project, I specialize in designing and implementing IoT-based solutions for various industrial applications. My work includes developing advanced sensor systems like capacitive oil level sensors and intelligent transformer monitoring systems, enabling real-time monitoring and data processing through cloud-based platforms. Additionally, I focus on designing low-power soil moisture sensors, LoRa-based temperature and humidity sensors, and robust LoRaWAN IoT gateways for seamless integration and communication across sensor networks. I also contribute to PCB design, enclosure development, and creating custom IoT boards, ensuring complete solutions for smart devices and automation. 1. 9 Channel Strain Gauge Data Analyzer○ Designed and Developed a 9-channel strain gauge data analyzer for amechanical structure research project to study properties of changes happening inT or Y metal pipe joints while applying force to them.○ Microchip controller and signal conditioning circuits process the signal from thestrain gauge and then send it through USB to the computer for further process.○ Data is processed and saved through an application which has been developedin Visual Studio.○ Achieved continuous data acquisition of nine strain gauges at 52 readings persecond.2.
