I have joined freshmenu on 2017 March has a shift officer in this time l have learn to how to handle to shift and what are pre shift planning we need to do and how to read given recipe and menu and before one day we need plan for man power and packings items and item's and if not available of stock we need arrange stock from other's kitchen near by to me or go for cash purchase with approval for opps manager or unit manager and stock arrange for closing shift or open shift and ordering and Cost controing in packaging items this is and I have learn for my co_workers and my achievements is I got a quarterly employee of the month in freshmenu and we have achieved shipping times and delivery time and food has to dispatch good quality and quantity to the customer this my traget in my shift and this experience in freshmenu
