I completed my MBA Executive (2012-14) from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, pune and have a professional degree of B. Tech in Biotechnology Engineering (2003-07) from Rajasthan University Udaipur. With experience of 17 years in Industrial biotechnology, Product & process R&D application, I went through many challenges/opportunities and learning phases and gained the experience in the field of bacterial (RDT-induced with IPTG), yeast (RTD-induced with MeOH) and mammalian cell culture (FMD Virus Animal Health Antigen) in defined media, developed batch, fed batch and continuous mode for better productivity and yield with media formulation cost optimization. My work profile is to design a process, its evaluation at lab scale, validation of the process at pilot scale for higher titer, productivity and activity of product.Through the knowledge gained, I believe to design and set protocol-based planning and execution of experiment/process and efficient use of facilities.Scale-up and optimization of Batch and fed batch and continuous process parameters with QBD and implementation of DOE and Excel Based statistical analysis Tool pack.
