Working with Vaaman Engineers India Ltd. at Vedanta Steel Limited, Pig Iron Division Unit-II ,Navelim, Goa as a Project Engineer for Both Blast Furnace and Sinter Plant Division since 13th Oct 2020 to Present.1.Taking Overall Responsibility for Fabrication and Erection of Structures ,Equipment?s and Piping Both for Sinter Plant and Blast Furnace Areas.2. Having Experience in how to Safely Execute the Project Works at Different Areas Like Cast House ,Main Hot Metal Runner and Slag Runner ,PCM and Crane Areas ,HBS ,GCP,PCI,COMPRESSORS,STOCK HOUSE CONVEYOURS,SINTER PLANT-SINTER MACHINE ,FLUX & FUEL Building Like Hammer Crusher and Four Roller Crusher ,Proportioning Building ,Screen Platform Building and Weigh Bridge and Utility Pipe Lines.3.Preparing Quarterly Job Planning ,Material Requirement List With Job Priority Basic.4.Responsibility to Taking Clearance to all Teams ,Like Area Clearance ,Taking Work Permit with Proper Work Instructions and SOPs ,Job Safety Analysis and HIRA , In view of Safety We have to Isolate The Energy Sources &Taking Clearance from Operation and Co-Ordinate with all Departments Like Electrical Instrumentation Maintenance And Provide the Scaffolding , Facilitate the Crane and Tools Tackles and Equipment?s with Proper Certification with Clearance from Concerned Dept.5.Taking Measurement and Certify all the Documents and Making Reconciliation Documents of all the Materials and Submit the Bill at Client Office at the End of the Month.6.By the End of the Month We have to Prepare the Job Compliance Report and Next Months Job Planning Report and Making the Provision List for Next Months ARC Bill .
