Facilitate meetings (Daily Scrum, Product refinement, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review & Sprint Retrospective) Remove the impediments and resolve team conflicts if any. Coach and implement agile best practices and ensure the team follows the scrum guidelines. Monitor team backlog daily and ensure it accurately reflects the current state of the Sprint. Make sure all the Sprint Ready stories/Bugs are added to the Sprint Backlog (Meets the DOR). Work with Product owner and Business Analyst to create healthy backlog at least for next 2-3 Sprints.Create JIRA dashboards and track Active Sprint progress on daily basis. List out the action items from the Retro call, create the confluence page and prioritize the top 3 action items to be completed on priority. Prepare the Sprint End report and update in the master sheet to present in the Art Sync call Provide the required details for PI planning event, manage the Hardening Sprint activities.
