# Conducting Daily Morning and evening briefing with Engineering staff and executing jobs.# Planning / installation and General maintenance or repair for central AC ,Split ac,Package ac,Dx type ac,Cold rooms ,bottle coolers Ahu,Fcu and Chilled water pumps and Chillers .# Coordinate with other department heads for maintenance issues.# Supervise and execute the Corrective Maintenance technical team to rectify the technical MEP tasks.# Prepare the MEP related quotations, getting approved from client, following up with the Vendors, execute the staff to complete the job and prepare work completion report after rectification of job.# Coordinate with Health Safety & Environment team {HSE} and instruct the MEP technical staff to work with safety and proper Personal Protective Equipment {PPE}, issue work permit for work at height, confined space, hot works, cutting etc.# Worked with VFD also having knowledge of parameter settings connection to the BMS.# Supervise and execute the Planned Preventive Maintenance technical team to complete the planned tasks as per yearly master PPM plan.# Consumption of material Stock and inventory management.# Use the historical logged data of various pants to review in the system and propose improvements in order to enhance the system efficiency or reduce the operation cost as well as improve the services provided to our customer.# Daily basic Minutes meeting with ADOE and Every monthly Training will be given to our team members.
