 As a country operations manager I am managing 660 Substations across the country with a work force of 23 Project managers, 67 Field engineers and 610 Substation operators, to manage Automation panel, RMS panel, 11KVA/415 Transformer with RMU, Diesel, gas and petrol generators. Our prime focus is to work towards achieving of 97% uptime as agreed with federal government. In order to achieve this I have been doing following activities. OPEX Budget preparation for all the running substations for preventive and corrective works, CAPEX budget preparation for the newly taken over locations substations, pole and cable layout creation. After finalizing OPEX budget liasioning with GM in order to release monthly operational PO’s for CMC’s (cluster management companies). Budget preparation in order to forecast future cost for every 3 months w.r.t to all power sources including Diesel, Gas and Petrol generators. Validating the cost shared by CMC for corrective works and releasing the PO’s accordingly. Following up with SCM team to procure the required spares for all the utility equipment's. Conducting monthly review meeting with customer (Federal government) sequel to the on going retrofit project in the state and also as contain therein SLA for the retrofit project in the state on monthly basis.  Monitoring utility equipments PM and CM reports liaising with customers (State electricity boards) where have issues concerning current poles, community issues, and type of wattage light need to install as per program. Diesel planning for all substations as per load and gen capacity to sustain for month. Forecasting monthly load analysis report of all SS in network in order to review diesel consumption and to plan accordingly post approval from CEO Supported company growth by working constructively with sales team members, generating new business opportunities Maintained faultless quality control standards, resulting in reduced downtime and maximized revenue

 Our company basically vendor for IHS Towers Ltd. As its core job is to build and maintain the infrastructure for the operating Telecos in Nigeria. So as part of maintenance terms we maintain passive infrastructure of cell site and our main aim is to keep the cell site with zero down time and to maintain stability of the site. To make ensure to run the cell site with in preset target in terms of energy cost. To make ensure 100% efficiency of the operating equipment’s by following and chasing the down line team with respect to proper maintenance as per SLA such that to keep equipment breakdown count with minimum number. To make ensure down the line team is adhering the HSE values or not during working in sites. Preparing Diesel forecasting for the upcoming months based on site loads and type of solutions and analyzing Diesel variance over the period versus current scenario. Optimization of energy cost by injecting solar and solution DG’s to the site where we can save the cost per tenants in terms of energy. Diesel reconciliation and maintenance of sites not to go down on diesel till the next cycle and analyzing the sites CPD, and to take actions on teams where there is suspected theft by visiting the sites. Supporting the customer as per the site and end customer requirement. Monitoring and rectification of site monitoring devices (RMS) and diesel allocation depending on measuring equipment’s like MTM. Leading the Gas project in terms of deployment to revenue generation by taking necessary approvals from customer to turn over the site from diesel generator to gas generator. In Gas project my hands of experience are there from design out sketch of deployment solution in cell site. Totally have an experience of handling of 32 team members who are the ground soldiers looking after power of every cell site in my location.

I worked as service engineer for a france company called BENNING through acme cleantech solutions ltd.BENNING had installed "UPS" and "48v dc" rectifier system in all the namma metro stations in bangalore. my job is to attend the site when ever there is a fault in the system and to collect the log files by using software called "tebe mcu service",by using this software we can identify the bugs as per that bugs i got in log files, i will take the remedy action to clear the issue.one more project that i was involved in is reliance i.e., "RCOLO" project,in this project my job is to attend the telecom tower sites to make installation of equipment by using vendors inorder to upgrade their "3g network to 4g network",and making the billing process for the work which we have done as per our company norms and reliance billing format.

 Technically explaining about solar technology to the customer. Calculating the load for which the customer willing to operate from solar power. Showing the variation of EB units with solar generated units to the customer. Selling the right product for the customer load requirements. Invoicing the cost for the same units to the customer. Worked as also site engineer during the installation of 10kw solar plant. My work involves handling of vendors for composite and service works. Sharing the data to the finance team for payments to the vendors.  As it was startup company I was engaged with the sales, finance and service departments.
