Plan and implement the overall shipping strategy. Oversea the whole shipping process. Set Shipping KPI for vendors, freight forwarders. Prepare and present the KPI reports for Managements. Give Training to shippers, Associates and team members. Identify Shipping issues and Implement Solution in timely manner.

Sustaining existing network & managing the supply for items thereby ensuring timely distribution of merchandise. Overseeing the Exports, ensuring that the item is sent in time and subsequent follow ups with freight forwarders. Handling commercial documentation for export-import trade in compliance with statutory regulations. Monitoring all activities related to logistics (domestic & international) which includes dispatch planning, storage, distribution, payment realizations, customer support, etc. Scrutinizing orders received / documents related to dispatch of materials as per commercial terms & conditions and handling shipping operations. Ensuring smooth clearance of consignment (Customs and Central Excise) with compliance to policies for Export of product. Preparing pre & post shipment documents and sending daily shipping reports and documents to buyer. Liaising with originators or engineering liaising personnel to resolve discrepancies and accumulating required changes to documents. Monitoring complete commercial documentation for export-import trade in compliance with statutory regulations and tracking various Export benefits
