 Additional responsibility of Purchase dept. for material procurement from vendors, daily pending Indent / Order position, follow-up with vendors for supply of material, etc. In-Charge of the IT section for the Vasavadatta Cement and Kesoram Cement purchase office at Hyderabad, which had a common Purchase office in Hyderabad for procuring the material required for both the units.  Application software development for the Purchase Module for generating Enquiries, Purchase Order, Enquiry Reminder, Purchase Order Reminder, Pending Indent / Order position and Vendor Registration Day to Day monitoring of Pending indent/Order and deliveries of material. Assisting HOD in finalizing major orders for Heavy Equipments, Software & Railway Siding related purchases. Monitoring Advances and Proforma invoice payments on day to day basis. Placement of orders for Main plant related Raw Mill, Coal Mill related Rollers, Bearngs and Electrical and General Items etc and processing of import purchase orders. Maintaining the Leased Line Circuits, Firewalls, VPN thru Internet, LAN and Central Server Access to Users of the Purchase dept at Hyderabad.
