Total experience of 7 years in Automotive sector, proficient in robotic simulation and worked on several projects(rear member, wheel house, front member, main body line, rear under body, chassis, cross car beam) in the field of BIW.• Vast experience in Robotic Simulation.• Study of spot distribution, robot selection, weld gun accessibility, gun selection, fixture validation, MIG welding ,work on robot zoning ,cycle time sheet preparation, MIG weld plan ,and layout creation.• Work on process planning, panel builds sequence, spot distribution, cycle time preparation, on available BIW data (yearly production, spot data, and 3D data). Making project proposal.• Work on integration of new panel variant on existing line.• Experience on different OEM (Maruti-Suzuki, JBM, Tata Motors, and Tesla etc.) customer project.• All types of simulation documents done( TCPF details report, Simulation check sheet, spot feasibility report., Seam plan report , layout marking report(robot, fixture ,tip dresser, cable tray, piping ,fence),Interlock sheet, gun-fixture validation report).
