• Handling a team of 13 people – 8 recruiter, 5 sourcers and interacting with them reach the job requirements.• Coordinating with them about the updates on jobs.• Maintain strong relationships with key contacts in existing accounts.• Conduct in-depth interviews for all the candidates, which are qualified for the job.• Client interaction, sending them weekly reports about the jobs.• Participate in weekly CEO and senior management meetings and take timely feedbacks & working towards goals.• Develop and implement numerous sourcing strategies including referral generation, position postings, direct sourcing, internet searches, and networking to develop a qualified pool of candidates • Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure completion of the hiring process• Arranging client interviews for the short-listed candidates.• Coordinating between clients and candidates from initial point of contact to accepting the offer.
