 Directly reports to the operation manager. Attending all HOD and operational meetings. Instruct supervisor for housekeeping operation instruct Housekeeping supervisor & staff for day to day operation, briefing, grooming, room status with allocation,cxtra cleaning, issues keys, VIP in-house, group arrivals & departure Responsible & handling all guest related issues & complain & department trainings. Inspect cleaning on the guestrooms and public area & maintain high standard of cleaning. Checking & Monitor par stock for all the housekeeping operation. Taking inventories of HK room linen F&B linen, equipments & household items. Co-ordinates with F.O.M for rooms & engineering for maintenance. Checking & Maintains high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the Guest rooms & public area. Provide trainings to the staff to meet highest standard of hygiene & cleaning. Regularly checking and taking update for all HK equipments for their service & cleaning. Responsible for aesthetic upkeep of the hotel, maintaining snagging report of all area. Maintain proper record and update whole hk file work on daily basis. Coordinates and communicate with supervisors and staff for extra cleaning schedules in Rooms. Instructs to staff for minibar by checking - issue, expiry and transfer
