• Conceptualized end-to-end talent management strategy, including talent acquisition, performance and talent management and learning & development. • Introduce Dynamic People Plan and Operational People Plan, for supporting HRBP’s to have medium term view of people actions• Lead Talent development and performance management cycle, and to build capabilities of line managers/HRBP’s to leverage the cycle. • Introduce well defined process for selection and promotion of Line Managers, and as well the Line Manager Portfolio to build capabilities • Co-facilitate design of Coaching Network in CWAR as well continue well recognized CWAR Mentoring program

• Crafted learning & development blueprint from inception to completion for region that integrate performance and talent management. • Oversaw launch of new performance management program and developed new module increase the usage of the system; focused on line management capabilities on giving & receiving feedback, goal setting, and development planning for improvement.• Deployed new technologies, including global role allocation, training & assessment (EVOLVE) and ensured access to books and journal for all employees (KWENCH).• Planned and executed executive education program for high potential employees, with IIM (Calcutta), including advance general management program for one year, for junior manager and executive general management program for 18 months, on-line classes.
