Assisting Core Sales and Services business migration to new digital solutions along with maintaining transition state for existing BAU tech set up. Worked as a Senior Agile Business analyst in the Digital transformation domain at NAB. My day to day work involved (but not limited to) Shaping (Discovery phase) and Scoping of multiple initiatives along with co-ordinating delivery of these initiatives with the NAB Mobile and Internet Banking Scrum teams.Major delivered outcomes includes Shaping, Scoping and Delivery of the following:- Digital uplift of NAB’s Open API/ Open Banking Online portal for External Developers and Fintechs. A platform where External developers and Fintech can collaborate with NAB in the Open API and Open Banking Space with accredited access. - Digital transformation initiatives for NAB Mobile and Internet Banking on multiple features.- COVID 19 Support Initiatives to reduce Call Volumes and traffic at NAB Branches by providing digital solution to customer pain points.

Worked as an Agile Business analyst on a Digital transformation Program for the implementation of the following AIA Group Insurance products:- Group Insurance Quote & Apply application for Group clients
.- Group Insurance fund Admin application.Focused on the agile delivery of this program with responsibilities involving but not limited to - workshop, management and prioritisation of requirements along with managing stakeholder expectations; working closely with the UX team for designing, sign off and implementation of User experience solutions along with assisting UAT and organisational change management.

Managed the projects, Change requests and system enhancements streams as an Iteration manager along with working as a Scrum Master and Agile Business analyst for a dedicated team.Major achievements:- Provided leadership and mentorship as a Scrum Master and Iteration manager on software development projects to deliver enhancements and new functionality to BAU and projects portfolio. - Led, elicited, documented requirements and delivered a highly complex project on introducing a rate change functionality for the premium base rates that saved an ongoing revenue loss of 10% per annum. - Successfully completed a compliance project initiated due to regulatory changes. Responsibilities: To assess the underwriting risk profile for Life and income insurance applications, mitigating risk by applying special terms and conditions for acceptance. Assist with analysis on Underwriting rules and system updates. Major achievements:- Reviewed and analysed the existing occupation class rating for deciding premium and made recommendations on rating classifications to align with the risk profile for each occupation. This allowed us to charge the client a right premium amount based on the risk profile of their occupation. - Have worked on multiple projects on upgrading existing underwriting rules. This included automating the underwriting of five very common medical conditions, thereby reduced the underwriting referral rate by at least 15%.- Made the existing business search process more efficient by recommending and taking ownership to train the “New business team” in Sydney on existing insurance application systems. This change reduced the work load by 10%.- Authorized life insurance approvals with limits up to 1.5 million dollars for ages 0-70 and all substandard cases.
