Forensic Investigations of more than 100 structures including historical monumental buildings over a period of about seven years with more than 65 investigation reports issued suggesting remedial measures for their repairs and rehabilitation.C. Innovated, designed and fabricated "Mechanical Water Dozer", the first ever simple locally fabricatable device for accurate control of water/ cement ratio to obtain assured quality concrete using traditional concrete mixer.D. Prepared "e-Governance Road Map" and also implemented the same in CPWD.related to Human resource, projects monitoring & management, Maintenance management, Contractors enlistment, etc. Continued to have been engaged by CPWD as a consultant even after superannuation therefrom.
