My teaching, research, and mentoring experience in Humanities and Social Sciences includes National Institute of Technology Srinagar (Jammu & Kashmir), Tripura Institute of Technology Agartala, Central University of Himachal Pradesh, National Institute of Technology Uttarakhand, Lovely Professional University, Gurgaon College of Engineering, Maharshi Dayanand University Rohtak, and Teach for India.As an educator, I think forming opinions rising above our personal conditioning, articulating them in a rational, critical and inclusive idiom, and considering others' viewpoint empathetically are most significant values to be inculcated in learners.Since I always wonder whether Language has any direct relation with Reality, I relish the idea that being able to use only as many words as needed and finding the exact words to express what one wants to do can bring humans closer to being their best selves. In effect, writing charms me more than speech.
