 Performing Incoming, In-process & Outgoing Inspection. Responsible for 5S, 8D, SOP, CAPA, SPC, OEE, Poka Yoke Documentation. Maintaining and Implementing documents as per ISO 9001: 2015 Standard Knowledge of QC Tools, PPAP, APQP Documentation. In-house and Customer PPM monitoring and controlling. Control & Calibration of all identified inspection gauges, measuring & Test equipment’s. Maintaining optimum inventory and using FIFO system for its movement. Monthly Planning of RM according to customer schedule. Daily and monthly reporting to management through sales report and MIS report.
