I have been in the eLearning space my entire career and have fallen in love with doing what I do. Having begun as a Graphic Designer, I have essayed roles of Product Integrator, Technical Lead, Project Lead and last but not the least that of a Project Manager.I like analyzing and getting into the reasoning behind anything and everything in life and getting into this space helped me utilize those traits of mine to shape my career as it is at the moment. Thinking and being creative is a vital aspect of content development in the eLearning space and thanks to my God given ability to pull ideas out of thin air I have been able to leverage the best of my creative abilities to bring out the best in courses that have been developed by my team. Whether that be to create a theme for the entire course or a concept animation for a screen or the names of Characters used in a course.Being a people person I easily connect with my team and work to bring the best out of them, helping them grow individually and the team as a whole. I consider this as one of my greatest strengths as I love mentoring and helping people with the experience I have gained to not just work hard but work smart and get the results that is expected out of them.Being in this space for over 18 years has helped to gain hands-on experience and knowledge of a wide range of tools and software’s used in the industry, ranging from the Adobe suite of eLearning tools to Articulate Studio and Storyline. Having the knowledge and experience with these help me in gauging the right effort estimates and providing the most viable solutions based on the requirements of projects.
