 Analyzing requirements for IFM RFPs and providing Solutions/ Roadmap for the same  Spearheading end-to-end commercial activities including Business Development, Vendor Negotiation, CAPEX Reduction, OPEX Conversion, Client Solutions, Cross-functional Coordination and Contractual Agreements Formulation & Negotiations for projects Analyzing price proposals, reviews & interpret contract provisions to achieve cost efficiency and reductions Facilitating contract review and ensuring suppliers adherence to agreed contractual obligation Steering Vendor Management for the contract procedure based on project segment which includes identifying, developing & negotiating with vendors on the basis of pre-qualification criteria, cost analysis & bids/quotes while adhering to budget requirements Working in close coordination with the management for finalizing different Project Consultants/ Architects/ Contractors and the work contracts including final agreed terms, conditions, deviations, addendum complying with all statutory requirements Planning & developing estimate of cost /quantity of materials & services as per the project plan and prepares budget for procurement of materials / services in consultation with team and various departments Identifying issues related to Quantity surveying & proposes solutions for approval Managing end-to-end bid management including technical & commercial Liaising with team on company estimating methods and preparation directions & with vendors or sub-contractors for better prices & value engineering options Developing project baselines while monitoring and controlling projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time over-runs and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution of projects Analyzing bid proposals, preparing operational strategies for external purchases & validated processes Ensuring that commercial submissions to tenders

 Successfully managed insurance premium of more than INR 10 crores and steered policy management of over 1500 policies  Managed all activities of motor, fire, marine, miscellaneous policies & issuance of online marine cover-notes and certificates Supervised various branches of 6 paper units and 10 other manufacturing units of the group  Managed audit of all claim documents of GME & GPA received from various units & coordinated with insurance companies for claim realization
