CurrentAs an Advisory Director at PwC, I have led a wide array of client engagements from inception to benefits realization.• For one of the $80B global bank, led the planning, architecture and testing of a comprehensive resiliency program utilizing hybrid Cloud DR architecture and automation to ensure high quality observability of critical services and to ensure that their Tier 0 and Tier 1 application platforms met their RTO's and RPO's• For a national health insurance provider, developed a SaaS first cloud strategy, a governance model and a cloud decision framework by engaging C-level executives and leaders from IT and business; defined a mobilization plan, a multi-year roadmap and presented it to the top management and board members• Co-led an internal firm program to transition from a territory-oriented decentralized cloud infrastructure involving hundreds of Microsoft Azure accounts and on-premise data centers to an enterprise shared services model based on Azure and AWS products and services, and development of an MVP for a secure cloud foundation• Developed a multi-cloud hosting strategy, assessed application portfolio and developed a migration plan for a leading healthcare products organization including establishment of a hybrid cloud-based DR program. • For a global pest control organization, led the strategy and implementation to transition their IT platform to 100% Cloud utilizing Microsoft Azure coupled with Office 365• To support the spin-off of a business of large utility service provider, I led a team to define a future state vision and long range transition plan for the IT Infrastructure Services Organization.• For a large regional retailer, I developed an IT cost reduction strategy, analyzed IT portfolio, reviewed data center facilities, developed a hybrid cloud strategy, developed RFP for cloud services, facilitated cloud vendor selection from 12 providers, defined a detailed migration plan and onboarded an implementation partner
