Full cycle recruitment of expert trainers: • Preparing job descriptions. • Sourcing talent &sourcing from the existing talent pool. • Screening resumes and phone screening. • Selection of trainers. • Hiring the right profiles. • Onboarding and Offboarding • The main point of contact for the expert trainers. • Coordination of training schedule. • Controlling and ensuring quality of courses. • Client communication point in case of non performance and complaint.

• Maintained strong relationship with business partners: institutions, Banks, startup Fund, companies. • Implementation of plans, strategies and procedures. • Oversee daily operations of departments: IT, Marketing, Development • Assist the CEO in fundraising ventures • Participation in extension activities: investment, funding program
